E & O requirements For life and health agents?

Hey folks

Heading into the sunset here in a few years and wondered if anyone knows the requirements for E & O for Life policies and Med Advantage Co’s

1. Minimum 250k/ 250k
2. 1M/1M
3. 1M/3M

Some companies dont even require EO but Im sure many do. To be safe ?

Initial contracting Im guessing requires min of 1M/3M then allows you to scale down?

Called multiple companies and they said I dont need EO. I was shocked so I will keep bare minimum
