Im too new to know it all....but the gist of it is you get 1 writing #, a wholesale #. U get contracted with any of the companies EFES offers and then you're on your own for leads. I think they allow u access to the training site as a broker, but not sure.

You get a higher level from 100-110/115 depending on which carrier(s) you get. Then you pay per mail drop with them instead of per lead. No. You don't get access to the training site. Maybe later down the road once you show you will produce on a regular basis they may let you. Bit that's about it.

It would be the only way to part time with EFES. You get higher contracts and you can have them do mailers for you. I'm not sure what the going rate is for that.

All management teams are not created equal withing EFES. Some do not allow access to the university and taining calls and other support. Some do. I know for a fact that my manager mentors the brokers just the same as the lead program agents.

So keep that in mind if you want to broker with EFES.

Thank you very much. That is just what I needed. I had heard it mentioned before, but never explained.

I will second JD on this. I have available to me the complete University and training calls, and I am on the broker side. If you can get EFES to drop you are looking at around $400/1000 which is a good deal. But, you always stand a chance to have them tell you they have someone on the retail side coming in to your area and will no longer be able to drop mail for you so have a back up plan in place.

I wish I was out selling more than I am but due to a sick mom and my wife's grandfather who has Alzheimer's not doing to good, I have not been able to be out in the field as much. Personally, you can't go wrong if you go with Travis' group.

Monumental offers mailings for 300 per thousand, without taking the efes comm haircut.

Props to you. After a heart attack then a stroke last year my mother came home to hospice that lasted months. Tough responsibility.

True, but you are handcuffed to Monumental with that. I would rather pay and extra $100 per 1000 and have my choice of companies.

Personally, I would not broker with EFES. If I'm doing my own mail I want to customize it and have top contracts and and run it my way.

I think the EFES lead program is top notch. Not so much on the broker side.
