Frankly, a single email isn't going to cut it.

How many spammy emails do people get a day with the same blah, blah protect your family?

With email, specifically, it's about touches and long term contact with value. It's about getting them to re-engage.

I think you would be wasting your time sending emails, but it is not my place to tell you what to do or not to do. As far as something catchy, you may have to just try a few different subject lines and see which one works best. Maybe, "Verifying Information You Selected" or "Did You Request This" and then when they open the email the next words are "for only yourself or for yourself and a family member?"

As far as the comment about no numbers to text, I would strongly encourage you to check the laws around that. Being in my position has allowed me to see many agents get sued for sending text messages to leads. It is becoming more and more common now. If you get caught in a suit, it is not cheap either.

Again, not trying to tell you what to do, just sharing some knowledge and lessons that I learned the hard way

You can only send them legally up to 90 days so you're up against a timeline.

My most successful email to old leads:

Subject: Sorry to see you go

I'm on mobile so can't paste the exact copy but it essentially says that we are closing your file and we hope you found the coverage that you were looking for. If you want us to keep your file open, please let us know...blah blah blah.

I get a decent (10% or so) amount of responses from that approach.

The New stations discovered few years ago the power of the word shock or shocking even when its a nothing burger they get plenty of clicks got me a few times with that tactic

Ben's correct. I've literally sent 1000 emails to old leads over the yrs and got many 10-15 to respond back . I used to text but that's a waste to . Get in your car and door knock every lead. Call screening software is having an effect on calling for appts .
