CMS Marketing Embargo Regarding Qualified Health Plans (QHP)


CMS has advised carriers they cannot market their on-exchange products until the carrier has been certified by the exchange. This marketing embargo is effective until November 5, 2014. After November 5, specific plan details may be shared.

The information we have provided you in regard to our 2015 Product Portfolios is for the purpose of training. You cannot use these materials for marketing to your clients until November 5, 2014.
