Got a 63 year old male who take multiple meds for heart issues, but the one that no carrier I called would budge on is Etresto. All said if he was prescribed this he does have CHF. He said he has never been told that. American Memorial did say that is I could get a letter from his PCP stating he does not have CHF then they would issue level. Does anyone know of a company who would issue level?

Aetna and PRCUA would go graded. He bought a high priced GI in June so I have money to work with. If I write GI it will be SofN.

PRCUA's application reads like they take CHF graded, but I called and was told modified. Aetna may be my only choice. Will any other carrier take CHF graded?

PRCUA app doesn't reflect the queations as well as they should. If you read the medication guide it'll end up being GI.

GWIC?

Aetna Graded.....Etresto's not on their KO list.

He was prescribed 3 months ago so no GW. Called Aetna and they said graded. I guess my only choices are Aetna GDB or SofN GI.

I'd write Prosperity modified and put it on social security billing and call it a day. You know the policy will draft correctly.
