ETR Teleleads - Who Are They

Has anyone ever heard of a company called "Expect the Rain"? Their website advertises cheap teleleads and appointment setting, 25 for $309. I tried to find additional information on Google, but was unsuccessful. Sounds like a good deal, but I am just getting started and have limited lead money, so I'm not using anyone without a reference. If Google has limited information on a company, that may throw up a red flag.

Never heard of them....But save ya $$$! $12/tele-lead is $12 wasted Xs 25!
