Oh okay, the demo was on YouTube but it was 2 years ago, so who knows what's been updated. I guess they said Rx was more accurate back then because it asked more question regarding health and meds I guess.

More and more companies have moved towards an algorithmic underwriting process, which has made Toolkit less useful for those companies.
Still useful as a quoter, but the trend towards algorithmic underwriting will continue and Toolkit will become less and less useful going forward. Which is probably why they're expanding and offering leads and CRM services now.
