I heard that to moderate the "rate shock", they are "looking" at requiring changes on anniversary date. Can you imagine the "press" shock that might happen when the liberals figure out that O'care won't lower premiums. But, if it comes, it will have to come in new regulations/guidance they are still writing.

Doesn't really matter if it is all at once or spread out over the year. This is news that even the lame stream media will report.

I think it will be a entirely new ball game both inside and outside the exchange.

I would love nothing better than to rock policies for 90 day straight. Pull 12-15 hour days doing nothing but enrolling.

Can you imagine if you are writing like 20-30 apps a day. Knock down $500k in 3 months.

if compensation is fair we'll all do very well. The only model we can go off of is MA. I do believe the commish for MA plans is fair. Some of the companies we write MA for in Pa have now upped the ante to lifetime renewals. Blue Cross Phila is lifetime and Highmark BCBS the largest carrier in PA is now 10 years.
