Today Farmers announced that they are partnering with Premier Marketing LLC (Integrity) and Kraft Lake to contract Farmers agents to sell Medicare Plans through UHC, Humana and Aetna. Bad news for the agents. They will contract everyone as a LOA:
1.NO OWNERSHIP OF THE BOOK
2.ALL COMMISSIONS PAID THROUGH PREMIER
3. NO OPPORTUNITY FOR AGENTS TO BECOME GA'S OR EARN OVERRIDES ON THEIR OWN STAFF MEMBERS OR MAKE THEIR OWN STAFF MEMBERS LOA
4. DISTRICT MANAGERS WILL GET A $25 "OVERRIDE"
5. KRAFT LAKE WILL GET A $125 "OVERRIDE"
No Agent should sign that contract if they want ownership and control. So far, Farmers is still allowing outside Medicare contracts. I hope you all spread the word
