They will not let you email right now. They said they are working on an e app. That was a few months ago.

I use regular old phone line. Set to you fax like they recommend and you should be good.

You're right.. they won't allow fax through email at all, guy at 5star said it had to be sent directly from the machine. Guess I'm gonna have to get a fax landline just for them for the next couple months

I use ring central. I have never had any problems with sending faxes to 5 star. It is cheaper than having a phone line setup.

Hi David, did you have to buy an adapter from ringcentral to fax directly from the fax machine? How much do you pay ringcentral a month? I wanted to use their fax through email service but it was my understanding 5star wouldn't accept fax through email. I'm a brand new agent setting up home office, thankyou for the help
