Friend interested in becoming life and health agent... A misdemeanor charge from years ago, sometimes shows up and sometimes it doesnt.. suggestion on how to know if he gets the license before the 52 hour prep courses,, etc? thnks

Be upfront about it with every conversation so that it doesn't show up out of the blue. Explanations go a long way to forgiving past issues
