FE Agents....pls Give Me Suggestions!

Mark, you mean you wouldn't send the over a pizza?

Well, how come you would not know your neighbors to start with. I know everyone that lives anywhere close to me and they all know what I do for a living.

They already know if I could do anything to help them, just to call me.

Hell, Id even go to the funeral home with them. Id even cry with them.

I've been in their shoes many times.

I dont feel like we sell life insurance. We help and protect families.

Wino just gave great advice- be of professional service at their time of need. They may or not have a policy(ies) or an agent currently servicing their account but paper can be overwhelming at this time.

I would say use this as one of those humbling moments that teaches you to always be prospecting...Anytime you're not talking with someone, you are unemployed. I see a lot of agents who are shy about "accepting they are a life insurance agent". Believe in what you do and how it impacts peoples lives. Make an effort like the guys said above to send letters to your neighborhood. Be concerned with helping those around you and it will no longer feel "awkward"...even at the time of death...People die every day and its our job to make sure they are prepared!!

I love all the feedback on this forum and am extremely happy I joined!! Thanks everyone!

I assume he'd just throw a water bottle through the window.

I know your ragging Mark, but the trueth is you never forgot his water idea or his pizza to fire fighters idea.

It looks like you may need some help in spelling truth not trueth.
