Besides OLA and TAG, what FE and Medicare IMO offers a free lead structure with training and support where someone can build a Team and grow?

Not discounted leads - but, truly leads provided at no cost in exchange for reduced commissions.

[ please no SL, PHP, WFG, PFG, etc. ]

EFES has a free lead program where we give agents a 70% and free direct mail. In my opinion if someone wants to build a team, they should have plenty of money in the bank and be able to pay for their own leads. Even on free leads, I don't think anything below a 70% is worthwhile.

Since rolling this program out, we have had some great success stories for sure! Some of them want to graduate up to a higher comp program, but others are happy not having to pay for leads. Can be a win-win for sure!

We don't require a contract or anything like that, but there are definitely expectations of 100 annual premium per lead. Still vested day 1 also.

$100 PPL is fair.

70% is more than fair - especially if starting out new. Do you give 70% to new agents with no production?

With the free leads - what is the max % an Agent with EFES can earn?

Day 1 Vesting is very important.

Paid direct from Carrier is most def a big requirement.

Yep! Paid directly from carrier. 70% no matter the production history if free leads. If agents want to go up in comp they basically pay a dollar per percentage point until they get to $30 for a lead.
