If I understand correctly independent agents must prove all your leads were generated in a compliant manner and show them when/if asked. They must be timestamped.

The internet leads he generates(not live transfers) are not disclosed when or where they were generated. Therefore the independent agent cannot prove they were in compliance.

Are you saying the independent agent channel that is affiliated through you will never work outbound internet leads ?

I thought you required certain things of the agents in the independent channel that gets leads through you and that they were internet leads. I think they had to be bought at $800 dollars per minimum order.

You have me confused with someone else. North Star agents work inbound leads, and they don't pay any money for those.

Yes you are correct, we have partnered with another leader in final expense telesales, and formed PremierProducersGroup.com for indy agents. This allows independent agents and call centers to work within the proven model that North Star has, but with pretty much any carrier who's in telesales. The leads are identical, and they are at times below cost. So a live transfer TV lead can run as little as $25, as long as an agent is producing.
