FE Lead Cost vs ROI - Tele Sales . . .

I really enjoy that show - not sure why. TH now has 8 years of experience mining for gold. But because of his lack of focus and coachability he is still a newbie gold miner.
One thing that sticks out for me is the "no excuses, get the job done" attitudes and sense of urgency of Beets and Parker. We could all learn something from that. No whining or time wasting allowed. Just shut the *** up and get 'er done. NOW!

Look at newbie gold miner Todd Hoffman on "Gold Rush". Always hopping around from one state (and country) to the other going broke while veterans like Parker Schnabel and Tony Beets just keep grinding in Alaska making money. Todd Hoffman is a joke as is this guy. He calls you "Amtrak"? You should call him "Todd".

Love that show. Also Bering sea gold is good.

True - it's my money going in. Well - except for the Pool Table - it was donated.

I'm tired of struggling with making minimal amounts of money. If I can get the Call Center to produce - it can be very, very lucrative. Like retirement type $$ in 10 years. I'm 56 - need to get one of my ideas to become fruitful . . .
Lmfao...how about you do work. You are the typical FE client and you don't realize it. You're 56 and still scheming...smfh. I'm embarrassed for you. Had you spent a 10th of your energy into actual working instead of scheming on how to make millions...you would probably already be there.

This is the perfect example to everybody..shut up and go to work...then you don't have to be 56 and 'hoping' your next scheme pays off.

...also reinventing the wheel is stupid, so why keep trying...failure after failure

I think you're on to something. To me he comes off as a dreamer who hops around from one "great idea" (in his mind) or scheme to the next thinking that reinventing the wheel will finally lead to that mythical pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.:goofy:

Lol, read your post after making mine

You don't know what you don't know Goober . . .

I work 7 days a week. Never once schemed . . .

I've had many ideas not work. I've also had a few that did.

This is my last Hoorah! Only need 24 Agents producing just one $50 policy a day x 22 days a month to be a multi, multi Millionaire in a few years. Plus - we'll create a few other Millionaires along the way . . .

Focus on fewer agents that produce more and everyone will be happier.

Happy Sunday to ya Dude!

I believe if we keep the Bar attainable - we will all strive more to hit it.

24 Agents will be manageable. Most will only work 4 or 5 Shifts / Days a week. Going to start with 4 and hire on 4 - 6 more every month. We will go through 100 in the first 2 years to get those 24 . . . Hopefully - we'll find 3 or 4 that want to help us lead and manage. Going to need experienced Agents to help close deals and bind the apps for the Sub-Agents.
