I really enjoy that show - not sure why. TH now has 8 years of experience mining for gold. But because of his lack of focus and coachability he is still a newbie gold miner.

One thing that sticks out for me is the "no excuses, get the job done" attitudes and sense of urgency of Beets and Parker. We could all learn something from that. No whining or time wasting allowed. Just shut the *** up and get 'er done. NOW!

Look at newbie gold miner Todd Hoffman on "Gold Rush". Always hopping around from one state (and country) to the other going broke while veterans like Parker Schnabel and Tony Beets just keep grinding in Alaska making money. Todd Hoffman is a joke as is this guy. He calls you "Amtrak"? You should call him "Todd".

Love that show. Also Bering sea gold is good.

I'm tired of struggling with making minimal amounts of money. If I can get the Call Center to produce - it can be very, very lucrative. Like retirement type $$ in 10 years. I'm 56 - need to get one of my ideas to become fruitful . . .

I believe if we keep the Bar attainable - we will all strive more to hit it.

24 Agents will be manageable. Most will only work 4 or 5 Shifts / Days a week. Going to start with 4 and hire on 4 - 6 more every month. We will go through 100 in the first 2 years to get those 24 . . . Hopefully - we'll find 3 or 4 that want to help us lead and manage. Going to need experienced Agents to help close deals and bind the apps for the Sub-Agents.
