We find it adds an extra level of difficulty to the process. Our carrier lineup covers everything we need with v sig. Asking agents to learn another company that they may pitch to find issues with e sig and have to pivot just doesn't make sense.

More and more folks are becoming familiar with computers and this will eventually be a non issue.

Today's agents grew up with this technology. When I started my cell phone was a roll of dimes and my GPS was a gas station map.

Today's seniors are more tech savvy than most want to admit. Granted not all but many.

Can't tell you how many times folks have told me I am missing a large part of the market by only focusing on the internet and telesales.

Once I run out of prospects I will consider changing my business model.

Cheese.

I used to fish this little area on the San Joaquin River. It has a land locked pond next to the free running river.

If I wanted Catfish I baited several big hooks with a big ball of stinky cheese, put a big lead weight on the end. Throw it in and have a couple beers and look forward to frying some catfish.

I prefer trout. So, I roll little cheese balls and bait a single little hook, I walk over to the river and work the little eddys around the rocks.

Same area, same bait(kinda). Different methods and targets. Both work.

Catfish guys think their methods are better, Trout guys think theirs is best. I prefer trout.

Don't even get me started on Bass fishermen.

I happen to have a well stocked tackle box.

It's all in the signs . . .

Two guys fishing in a boat. One fishes on the left side. Catching fish almost as soon as his line hits the water. Guy fishing on the right side catches nothing.

Next week. Same two guys. This time guy #1 fishes on the right side, other guy off the left. Right side guy is catching fish. Nada for the guy on the left side.

The guy catching nothing says "What's your secret?"

Response is "All in the signs"

"Signs? What signs?"

When I get up in the morning I look at my wife. If she is sleeping on her left side, I fish off the left side of the boat. If on her right side, I fish off the right side.

"What if she is sleeping on her back?"








I don't go fishing . . . .
