FE Pros: Who Does Annual Reviews?

I don't hear much discussion about "annual reviews" regarding final expense life insurance.

I plan on visiting clients this week who've been with me a year or longer to review their policy and suggest any changes if need be. And ask for referrals, of course.

Do you guys do this annually or at any regular interval with existing clientele?

Hi, I do this annually because a) Build rapport even if you don't sell additional insurance at that time b) Great time to ask for referrals c) Might get a sale maybe next year

People like this because they know that you're not just there to make a sale and forget about them. I mostly do life and not many final expense but I just recently sold additional insurance to a couple who I sold a final expense to about 3 years ago.

If you're not there reviewing their policies someone else will.

Would work particularly well if you carry another product to offer if they don't need or want additional life coverage.. Med Supp, Cancer, CI, etc..

Does not work. Waste of time, look for new people. People that buy insurance never by insurance again. They barely tolerated you the first time, what makes you think they will do it twice.

Oh I believe it. I hear he is just a cutie.

It is just that most of my business rewrite, replacement or add ons. And I am not so cute any more. I do not need the competition.

Hey, don't sell yourself short. Lots of people buy out of sympathy.
