I'm in over 500 homes per year. These are FE prospects that sent in a reply card. I write over 300 applications per year, I say that because I can only speak to the ones I sell about their info. maybe the ones I didn't sell do have computers and smart phones? I don't gather a lot of info from non buyers.
I can count on one hand the number of my clients that have and use a computer.
I can count on one finger the ones that have a smart phone and that one was today.
Those people rouse saw in the hospital waiting room are not the ones sending in mail replay cards.
My last stop of the day was a couple that Newby had recently visited. They had no computer, no smart phones but they did have cell phones. They both still had Razors.
So not only do Newby and I see the same type of people, we see the very same people.
