All you have to do is read this thread to know that you are uncoachable. I have asked you questions that will help you. You don't see it as advice. You see it as telling you to do things you don't want to do.

When you participate in our training do you ask these questions? I can answer that for you. No. You have put out zero effort at succeeding. No one can do it for you. We lay the path out. You choose not to follow it.

You mean FEX gets these type of agents also? I thought I was the only one LOL.

They are ready to set the world on fire when they sign up, then instantly they show they won't listen or follow the successful system.

I heard from an agent tonight (that is not with me) and my recommendation (since he said the majority of his leads don't have phone numbers) was to let me teach him a door knocking presentation. He wanted to boost the income a little since he was only clearing 40k.

But then he goes into how he doesn't have to door knock and he has been doing this a long time, blah blah blah.

A lot of agents are their own worst enemy. I have met so many agents that if they could get out of their own way and let me help, they would be STUDS!

Some will, some won't....

OP, you have some great advice from @HoosierLife. His group presentation system is the best I've seen. If I were you I would get a hold of him!

Yeah I guess this is why I am there are two MAPD carriers that I am in their top ten agents in the region.

He wrote that his leads were "bad" because the phone numbers weren't correct and when he called to set an appointment, people didn't answer the phone. He wanted to know how our leads were "superior" to his.
