Federal / Postal Market

What org was this with? I've come across a Capital Keystone Group that is working the postal market and says they are offering exclusive territories.

I'm familiar with the Capital Keystone Group. First understand the exclusive territory is exclusive only to their orginization. Having said that they do what they say they are going to do...They mail and produce leads for free for you to work....The big sticking point if there is one is the primary product they use is Colarado Bankers Life a Modified Whole Life Policy...What is modified if the premium in year 1 is 100% life and collects a large life commission and in year 2 splits and 50% goes to a annuity rider...The issue is you are downplaying the life insurance side and playing up the annuity and many people find out later that they own life insurance and are angry. If you can live with that and memorize the 8 page script then you might do well in that market.

I saw your post on the forum. How well has your business fared since you switched to the federal market?

I should have checked this thread before i commented yesterday. I recently entered the federal employee market and sent out 1000 mailers and got a 12% response (so far). I was amazed by the return. I sat down tonight and called about 15 people and was able to speak with 7 and set 7 appointments. As I work the market I will post more of my experiences.

How has your business fared since this post?

Interesting...i didn't know that FMO's handle this type of marketing.

Good idea when you think about it.

Now that you mention it....i would check into all gov. agencies.

FESA is a Scam! Going through this experience is a waste of time. It doesn't make insurance sales. It's a drink the Kool-Aid -memorize 40 minutes of ridiculous dialogue to postal workers who won't buy this product. The training is a joke. The instructor doesn't explain the process clearly and be prepared to answer texts round-the-clock starting at 5 a.m. . You're supposed to do a phony enthusiasm response *every time they text you. Much better opportunities are out there. Don't do this one you're wasting your time
