Federal Tax Lien?

Not to get side tracked from your question, but why not either pay the debt, or make an installment payment agreement???

How do you know this? I was pretty sure you couldn't get one with a state tax lien but wasn't sure about a federal one.

What's funny is these Governmental units get very pissed when you want to pay your taxes on your time table. However they think nothing of paying thier bills on thier timetable in violation of agreements and contracts to the contrary.
