FEX Quotes

Looks like 10%+ across the board... FEXquotes has the new rates uploaded.. I can't access the UHL term guide for some reason but using their quoter it seems like the non ROP plans went down but the ROP took a tremendous increase..

Been dealing with deciding on what to replace my dead cell phone with all day. so have not looked.

ROP - well that sucks! I hope the RdPdUp still beats a 20 pay SIWL. That is how I sell it.

UHL ROPTerm - OK, a quick look and it still beats SIWL so depending on what they changed in underwriting it may still work for what I use it for.
Don't think they changed UW.. They did reduce the ROP to 80% of premium on face amount les that 100K..

The ROP term rate for Male age 40 NYU, 100K is $127.80... Seems that is about a 50% increase??? Quoter is here:

UHL/UFFL Quick Quoting - Simple Issue 20 ROP
Columbian's new Safeshield rates will be $1125.83 for $200K 20 YR ROP at the same age but it only returns 50% of premium... On the non ROP plans Columbian really trumps UHL.. 20yr term male age 40 NS, UHL is $44.20. Columbian is $34.80. About the same underwriting and Columbian has Critical Care and Chronic Care riders.

On the 80%, That will not hurt me to much as I sell the 20th year Reduced Paid Up option. I need to compare it to a recently issued case to see if that has changed. It is basically a non med Term with Tables built-in. Not a lot of ROP term out there any longer. Non Med, SI, Phone sales friendly, and haveing RdPdUp even less, if any.

With the child riders, it was a nice plan to offer my clients on their fluffy single mom daughters.

Going to have to pull all those big envelopes they have sent out of the trash can. Did you sign the new contract?

Yes... Didn't like the 20 policy requirement but it is what it is. It already existed in the FE contract and my RD says the polices from each contract will be combined.

My Samsung Active blew up on me 2 wks ago. It was a tank of phone. Dropped so many times the plastic case was dented all over the ends. Loved that phone for over 4 years. Used the metal plate I placed on the back for my car mount, to mount to the equipment at the gym. I carried a little magnet with me and it stuck to the equipment as I did my thing. It was so tough I didn't worry much about it. Then it it died. The screen wouldn't respond to touch.

So I went looking for an upgrade of the same kind, the Active. They stopped producing them. :skeptical::1mad:

Nice sales guy talked me into the Samsung Note10. Amazing phone for all its worth. I would recommend it. However; butter fingers here is going through the pain of treating his phone like a baby and not the tank he had before.

Technology is a two edged sword, one side helps to improve our work capacity, while the other side we get to stick up our keister.
