My subscription to FEXQUOTES renews on the ninth of every month. This month, however FEXQUOTES tried to take their money three days early. And since I just received my new debit card, FEXQUOTE’s attempt was unsuccessful because my old debit card just expired.

I updated the card, and FEXQUOTES gives me a message that my account will take 24 to 48 hours to restore.

I am posting this in the hope that FEXQUOTES will see this and restore my account immediately, as I have a day full of appointments scheduled.

Why would FEXQUOTES take the money early? Had I known, I could have updated this first.

Actually your billing date is the 6th

A card expiration notice has been displayed for the past 30 days. It is a subtle notice shown at the top of the login screen. We will look into making it more prominent.

I updated the card, and FEXQUOTES gives me a message that my account will take 24 to 48 hours to restore.
This is a generic system notice should someone have an issue over the weekend. During the work week (M-F), we resolve service issues very quickly, usually within minutes.

Account was restored in 4 minutes.

That was a side joke having to do with releases. I love your product and I've never had a problem with your service Adam. That wasn't really aimed at you, but since you took it that way, I do apologize. :yes:

Thanks. I've got the monkey in a cage. He's been really bad and has been dipping in to my weed.:mad:

I really enjoy being an AssH0le, but I guess I can let him out now. :twitchy:
