Fidelity Life FE

I sell Prosperity all the time. Folks taking insulin and gabapentin/lyrica for neuropathy get level every time (provided they have no other health conditions that would knock them down to graded/modified). The Apptical interviewer will sometimes come back and reask the diabetic complications question if diabetes/nerve pain meds come up, but as long as they answer NO, they get level. The question asks if within the last 2 years, you've been diagnosed, treated, had medication or been hospitalized for diabetic complications such as insulin shock or diabetic coma or had an amputation due to complications of any disease. That doesn't sound to me like they are including diabetic neuropathy.

What it sounds like to you doesnt matter. What you've dont in reality is put all your diabetic clients in one of the worse situation possible for FE. Sounds like to me, if you wrote one of my parents or clients, I'd have your license yanked.

Wow!!! You must have a LOT of power. Either that, or you're a blowhard. :twitchy:

While that sounds nice and I do agree with your sentiments, Goillini is right. The odds of being able to do anything are slim and none. The agent would basically have to admit to it for anything to happen. Otherwise its very unlikely you'd be able to gather enough evidence to get anything done.

If someone white-sheeted my mom, I'd have their license yanked. No doubt about it.

And since we are name calling...

I hear you blow hard.

:chatterbox:
Don't know how you came to have so much power but it is going to take more than a complaint from you over an agent clean sheeting the app on your folks. If you weren't there, then it is going to be their word against the agents' that they told him the truth on the app. If you were there, you would have known what was going on and could have put a stop to it... If you did not do the and later filed a complaint about the clean sheeting, then it is going to look as if you were complicit with the deception of the agent.. So, I doubt if you are going to have anyone's license yanked..

You dont think an agent admitting to it on a public forum is enough evidence?

I see, you wan to refer to this very specific incident. That assumes anyone makes the connection or otherwise wants to go on a fishing expedition to see if an agent made any incriminating comments online.

Not a whole lot better to be frank. Where I this agent I'd probably go and delete all the incriminating comments, but again I'd be very surprised if anything comes of it. Much more likely someone screenshots them and reports them to Prosperity.

So you have the power to "yank" someone's license? You saying that makes you a blowhard. I never made any ridiculous claim like that.

Also, Tom's always seemed like an honest guy to me.
