Hello,

I am looking for a contract for Fidelity Life's Graded Death benefit whole life. I have seen some at 50%, was looking for more than that if possible?

I have a 74 year old female that wants 40K to 50K. She has had a foot amputated because of type 1 diabetes several years ago and uses a wheelchair and walker. I know a very tough case.

I think she would qualify for United Home Life Graded plan but it only goes to 25K.

Any suggestions on carriers that she could get accepted on and commissions?

Thanks in advance!

50% is the top agent level contract for the Fidelity Life GDB. You may be able to use an FE product. If she could qualify for the UHL Deluxe, she could get up to $50,000, but it will be expensive. You could get a higher contract for that product. It may be easeir for her to qual for Baltimore Life, but it caps at $25,000.

She wouldn't qualify for UHL "Deluxe" because they ask if in the last 5 years have you been treated for any circulatory disorders. Once again she has Type 1 diabetes and had a foot amputated about 3 years ago. I would think thats considered a circulatory disorder?

Thanks in advance!

You are correct. In most cases, though, their budget caps out before the product face does. At $444/month, does $50,000 of Fidelity GDB fit her budget?

Yes, she wants to use interest returns from annuities to pay for the plan. So she has the budget for it.

That will be a nice deal. At least you'll get a 2% renewal with the Fidelity Life GDB.
