I'm ready to make my transition into health/life insurance. I've seen horror stories about some of the MLM types.
Given that I may not have a lot to spend on lead generation and keeping myself afloat for a few months, or experience, being independent may not be the best move for me yet.
Here's what I think I'm looking for:
-Excellent training. Ive done auto sales for 7 years but know this is a totally different beast.
-i think I'd like a WFH/remote but understand that may not be possible.
-lomg term goal is independent and ability to build my book of business to create consistent
Am I best served with 6 months to a year working for a bigger group like state farm, etc then looking at independent? Are there even IMO/FMOs that have excellent training for new agents in the Nashville,TN corridortoward spring Hill? Or the surrounding area?
