Final Expense App

1. You should start your own thread with Oxford in the title not post on a thread started in 2008 and last comment made in 2010.

2. Before item 1 do a search on Oxford.

Can anyone tell me how is Oxford to work with? Also could you send one of their final expense apps by email.
Thanks for your help.

The good- Oxford is very easy to sell. Rates are good. Underwriting questions are good. Phone interview is good. Point of sale approvals are good. They are finally giving agents a ht-wt chart so they don't waste as much time guessing at that. 1st year commissions are good. Application is very easy to understand who will be accepted and who is not.

The Bad- renewal commissions (the lifeblood of FE agents) are real bad. Brochures and marketing materials are non-existent. Rated B++ with AM Best (not a bad rating but most companies are A- or better), no 10-pay or 20-pay options, single pay won't accept small amounts under $25,000,

Oxford is supposed to release the chart along with an underwriting guide on June 1st. Although Newby is a big shot with them so he may already have it.

No inside line here. I just read it in an email last week.

...or was it when the prez of Oxford and I were flying to to Virgin Islands (now just called the Islands) in his...I mean ...MY private jet ...just to try out a few rum drinks.

Hmmmmm...the world may never know.

Now, we know why you are not aware of the fact you have already received the chart.. Rum has a tendency to do that to a person. Especially the 151 proof variety.

Well, I would like to know myself. I just searched for that "supposed" email and what do you know, I found it. I guess those of us lowlife's with Oxford will have to wait until Wednesday.
