Does anyone have any experience with Final Expense Brokerage located in Canton Ohio. I spoke to Richard O'Donnell and he has offerd me a contract with Settlers for 105% w/ a 60% advance. ( The 60% is fine with me).

What do you get with 105? I would say if that's all they got to give pretty much run of the mill in the FE arena. 105% and our warmest regards.

Thats it - 105% and nothing else. No leads, no minimum production, no reports, no hassle.

I have one contract with them. Good people, but, they offer nothing besides a contract. No training, no support and no leads.

Nothing bad about them. Nothing special about them.

Make sure they are giving you the renewals also. Settlers pays 12% for years 2through 9.

Richard O'Donnell is no longer at Final Expense Brokerage. Michelle and Evie handle the Final Expense companies. Michelle gave me a fair deal with 120% commissions and almost half of my lead costs paid for. She's been helpful with my lead orders and now I'm learning how to plan my orders every week so I don't run out of leads

Best thing I could recommend with leads is to get the same amount of leads in every week on a consistent basis. Ex, 15/20/25 per week hell or high water.

Kind of hard to do when you mail per thousand... Return is going to vary with each mailing..

Actually works the same way for per cost leads. There mailing a set amount of leads and holding excess in inventory. Some weeks they get higher returns and some weeks they get lower returns but the excess inventory makes up for it. But the above poster needs to mail out 1k or more every single week if he wants 15-20 leads. On the weeks he's short he just works more older leads. There's no magic to it . Obviously the above poster is getting a very consistent rate of return . I've been on per cost leads and many times i might get less or more than my order .
