Final Expense Coverage to Age 95?

I received a post card yesterday from a marketing company stating "New Carrier Offers Coverage Up To Age 95." They list the level death benefit rates, and they are better than Foresters, but I'm wondering maybe if it's a term policy. The rates seem too good to be true, and up to age 95? Anybody know anything about this company or what they offer?

I've just registered on the site so I apologize if this has been discussed before. Thanks!

AARP has a paid up at age 95 but their rates are higher than Foresters. Just rewrote one yesterday with foresters.

Maybe a UL with Genworth?

p.s. I love sirius and HS

Hmm... Most of the people that ask for life insurance over age 80 are a big waste of time.

Most of the time they want to give like $10 a month and get a $10,000 policy.

I got the same card and spoke with someone yesterday - can't remember the carrier name. Checked the rates against Foresters here in FLA and very competitive. I have only had one person - 86 - and in good health that I could write. What I see is the problem here is that when they are that age, they usually have a health issue that will knock them out of the coverage.

Since this company could not offer me anything over Foresters - except the advanced age - I didn't go any further with them. Was told they paid as earned and only 80%.

The guy then tried to sell me on why I should add Settlers to my portfolio.

Wait...maybe I'm confused. I thought it was saying that your coverage is good up until age 95. But some of you are saying that you can get the coverage starting at age 95.

Which is it?

I just wrote one on an 83 year old. With Oxford. Had an old UL.
