Final Expense Coverage to Age 95?

I take full advatage of trip incentives with certain companies, Damn trying to save a cust 2-3 dollars

It pushes me as an independent agent and keeps me from getting lazy when I write a couple policies early in the week

Foresters is offering 50% credit for another week on all issued paid

65k of AP- Fiji 2012

UHL has an incentive trip of just 40k but its based on your comm paid not AP, guess that could hurt you or be in your favor

Foresters is my choice, with UHL as my diabetic choice

Foresters BigUL with double face for 15 years or to age 65 is very nice and their nonmed life first is pretty good, just a tad more than Fidelity

I write everything through Foresters- fast issue and great cust support.

The free CI on 10k+ is a very good selling point on their planright

...then don't. On all the insurance trips I went on (three) everyone was able to do whatever they wanted. Who said you had to hang out with other agents. Yeah, you have certain mandatory events but most of the time was yours to spend.

The day my decision as to what company I recommend to a client is based on a trip is the day I get out of this business.

I've never been one to focus on company trips anyway. I am going to Hawaii with RNA in May and I'm looking forward to that one, but, I certainly didn't send business to them because of their trip.

And for that Foresters CI thang, do you tell clients that it takes 2 years to be effect? Do you tell them that, if they use it, it reduces the face amount of the policy? On larger face amounts it's not a big deal. On a $10,000 FE policy to have it reduced by $4000 on the older ones or by $2000 now is a very big deal.

Yup, thousand of agents that sale planright and you're the only one that knows the product..

riiiiight

I hate hanging out with other agents.......

Then whats you doing here? LOL

I was thinking how this forum could be renamed to; "All My Insurance Forum Children" or "Days of Our Insurance Lives Forum". We have plenty of charactors with all the melodrama, pettyness, bickering, belittling and the righteous who think they are better than everyone else. I guess some "professional" agents need a place to go to be unprofessional. hehe

JD, the $4k or 2k grant is not deducted from the face amount. It is a grant not a loan against the face amount and does not reduce it at all.

If they are terminal and access the terminal illness benefit then of course that will reduce it (accessing their DB early in essence).

Yep, the grant is a "Member Benefit" and not even part of the policy. When they lowered it to 2k they could have made it across the board and not have held it for prior in force policies but they did.
