depending on the state, Security National Life out of Utah goes to age 90 as well.Different name in different states.I think insurance at that age is overpriced, but these guys rates are reasonable at that age. No phone interview, unless something pops up.

Someone at the age of 89 can buy life insurance? In NY, GI Is limited to age 75

Well, therein lies the problem. Am. Con will only go up to 10K on an 89 YO.
Male, NS, 10K=$286.67 per month.
Female, NS, 10K=$207.50 per month.
SNL is $277 and only goes to 10k as well, they will do a graded plan up to age 85 (2 yr R.O.P.)

I guess that makes sense. An 89 yr. old in good health probably has a life expectancy of about 3-4 years.

if they outlive the premium payment it's not a good deal. I sold an AmCon to an 88 year old last July. he cancelled after about a month saying that the numbers just didn't work for him and that at 5 years he would have paid more into it than the death benefit. Which is true. He died last week. They don't have the money to pay for his funeral.
