Final Expense for 89 Year Old

if they outlive the premium payment it's not a good deal. I sold an AmCon to an 88 year old last July. he cancelled after about a month saying that the numbers just didn't work for him and that at 5 years he would have paid more into it than the death benefit. Which is true. He died last week. They don't have the money to pay for his funeral.

Man, if I only had a dollar for every time someone thought they were better at math than an insurance company...

How much better would those policies be on those older ages if there was a bailout option at the 24th month?

That's what most preneed insurance companies offer. After the person has paid those premiums for 2 years they can relook at their health. If they are terminally Ill...stay on payments. If health is stable...convert it over to a single pay.

It's a beautiful thing.
