Man, there is a huge thread already in existence that has almost the same exact title as yours, Sandy Ocean. The search feature is your friend.
magagent...If you're still thereRNA hands down much easier to work with.

I've been on vacation, so sorry it's taken so long to reply.
Is it that RNA's cases are easier to submit or get approved or is that Foresters is more picky or less friendly or what? From what I know, it seems to be common that a guy can get a better comp from Foresters--maybe 5%. That could be a pretty big deal over time.
But, then again, I stopped writing for Occidental because of some of their policies and I would not write them as my main company for 5% more.
I would say Foresters hands down is the easiest FE I have dealt with.
Foresters = On the spot approval (over 90% Level)
RNA = wait and see... and HOPE they are approved as applied
I'll write Foresters. (No offense JD as you obviously know RNA's underwriting well and probably can predict accurately their decisions)
"they are too unpredicable on drafting"
Do you mean that they somehow mess-up with the insured's EFT?
"their communications with the agent is unreliable."
Is this particularly vital info. between application & issue or ?
