Final Expense: Foresters Vs RNA?

Man, there is a huge thread already in existence that has almost the same exact title as yours, Sandy Ocean. The search feature is your friend.

Thanks for the tip.

In fact, I did a search prior to posting and found 1 thread with 8 posts
, about half of which were concerning poor customer service regarding a death claim.

Perhaps you can provide a link to the huge thread that I've missed? That would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

RNA hands down much easier to work with.
magagent...If you're still there

I've been on vacation, so sorry it's taken so long to reply.

Is it that RNA's cases are easier to submit or get approved or is that Foresters is more picky or less friendly or what? From what I know, it seems to be common that a guy can get a better comp from Foresters--maybe 5%. That could be a pretty big deal over time.
But, then again, I stopped writing for Occidental because of some of their policies and I would not write them as my main company for 5% more.

For me they are just easier to work with from a submission and approval standpoint. Some will disagree on this board and say Foresters is the best ever. You must decide which one you are more comfortable with.

I would say Foresters hands down is the easiest FE I have dealt with.

Foresters = On the spot approval (over 90% Level)

RNA = wait and see... and HOPE they are approved as applied

I'll write Foresters. (No offense JD as you obviously know RNA's underwriting well and probably can predict accurately their decisions)

I write a little bit of Foresters. Had a big one, {$280/mo.} declined by them last week. I put him with AmCon.

I think the Foresters phone interview is too cumbersome and they are too unpredicable on drafting and their communications with the agent is unreliable.

I just think that Foresters is a mess. I don't like to deal with a mess.I didn't like dealing with them on their term products and I don't like dealing with them on the PlanRight. Personal preference.
