She won't get immediate coverage with anyone because of the COPD. What are the heart issues?
If COPD alone, she could get RNA's graded, 30% 1st year, and 70% 2nd year in Tn. $10,000 would cost her $115/mo.
If she has to have GI, call up MoO. $10,000 would be $98/mo.

Yeah, that will do, it's almost GI and it's 3 times the price, but, it would do if you have no concern for doing what's right by the client.
