"Final Expense" WL vs. Irrevocable Trust

Reading thru this thread from a while back.
Does anyone have any statistics on what the average age someone applies for medicaid or for that matter an average age of someone signing up for an irrevocable funeral trust.

If a funeral home has an active agent selling them the average age is usually late 60's

That doesn't mean they don't write a lot of people in their 50's but they also get the 90-100 year olds too.

They also write them on a lot of special needs children.
