FinalExpense101.com Subscription

So, the real discussion is this; If you can't "do" can you teach? That's been argued in the world of sales likely since the beginning of time.

I've had fantastic managers who were terrible in the field. I've had people promoted to trainers who were great in the filed - made horrible teachers.

Obviously the best mix is people who were successful at sales and decide to teach.

That said, customers chose the value of something. If they don't find value they'll ask for a refund. If no refund is given they tend to charge back the transaction.

I think what newbies still don't realize is that it comes down to your lead source. What is the point in paying for FE101, signing 100% contracts, and then getting a .05% return on your mailers?

Anybody that gets into this better have a plan for leads first, and plenty of money to buy those leads. If you're going to get your leads through an IMO like EFES or Securus, then FE101 is a complete waste of money since FE101 apparently has just stolen EFES training and now charge for it.

If you think you're going to get great returns on your own mailing, then it could be worth your money to sign up for FE101. Just remember that you're starting a business when you get into FE. Have money saved up and commit to buying leads every week!

JDeasy, let's break this down...

1)You think the finalexpense101 subscription is crap. In your own words you write, "It's worth just bout as much as this post. I think PT Barnum..." AND "The only thing you will learn from that site is how to get rid of $50."

2)You then concede that the purveyor of finalexpense101 simply regurgitated everything on the site from a Shannon Davey at EFES.

So, if A+B=C then finalexpense101 is full of Shannon Davey's teachings and its crap. So worthless in fact that it is a total waste of money.

Therefore we can ONLY conclude that Shannon Davey is a bum crumb and anyone that wants to learn the FE wisdom of Shannon Davey is wasting their time and money.

Looks to me like you threw Shannon Davey under the bus. Is Shannon Davey on the forum to defend him/her self?

Before the EFES Gods issue your punishment, do you want to retract any statements?

Are you going to allow people to follow this LOGICAL conclusion?

Is it possible that you have a personal issue with the purveyor of finalexpense101 and that you want to sabotage his ability to earn a living through slander? Do you have first hand knowledge? Are you a subscriber yourself? I didn't think so.

At this point it can only be one or the other.
Either:

1) Shannon Davey's FE wisdom is garbage and no one should pay for it.

or

2)You have a personal vendetta (as kids today say "you're hating") against the purveyor of finalexpense101

Please clarify...

I was thinking the same thing myself. Most of the info on finalexpenses101.com is general info used by successful FE agents, this is not Shannon's nor EFES's proprietary info.

Thanks! I made the information public so agents didn't waste time and money learning what is general FE knowledge. I give it to you all in one package so that you can then make a decision on what you want to do.

Why sign contracts just to learn how to sell FE?

Anyway, Equita and Shannon and JDeasy (whoever he is) know the business. It's not a bad place to start.

My info is just to help you succeed. Whether independent or captive. There are many sales tricks and tactics that will help you succeed in this business. I just teach you those things. Not a big deal. I learned from many agents, including Shannon. I just lay it all it out for you so you can get started quickly and start making some money.

Personally, I think Mark Rosenthal and Todd King are your main go to guys. Both guys know the business better than anyone and if you want to learn it the right way, go to them. I just help you make a few more sales :) ...

and if you want to sell over the phone, go with the "theinsuranceman..." I think he is one of the best salesman I have ever talked to.
