First day on phones, almost had a few sales

First day calling, and almost had a few sales. One I got him through qualifying, quoting, he was okay with the price and coverage and wanted to move forward, get to the app, but he wants it from direct express because he doesnt use his bank account. RIP sale, I haven't got my carrier contract approved yet from one that accepts direct express. Have him scheduled for a call back. Had another one ready to go on dialysis, RIP, dont have the carrier appointment to go that route.

So yeah, it was an interesting day, I have like 6 appointments already scheduled throughout the week. Looking good.
