Florida FE - How Does Monumental Stack Up?

Think they had around 90 or 95%. Foresters is 15% higher and lower premiums....no brainer

Well, like I stated, I don't remember the numbers but I guessed somewhere around 20%. All I know, there is no reason for me to carry them

That's a bad contract with Monumental. Street with them is 110% and with good production you can move up easily. They have good renewals for 10 years too and a low cost lead program at $375 per 1,000.
They are high in some age ranges but pretty good in others. I wouldn't dismiss them if you are serious in FE.

I agree with you wholeheartedly about needing Monumental in your bag, but I have to correct a couple of numbers for you. Street is 105% and the lead program is $275/1000.

(I really did hate to make this correction as I know you're usually dead on with what you say). ;)

Damm you! I always pocket the extra $100!

I started in F.E.(recently licensed) just a few months ago. Monumental contract..105%. I have a few other contracts at the same level, but for a person funding their own advertising, Monumental has been great. Fast issue, fast pay, and they always take time to talk to you. I have left several msgs with other companies that I am contracted with when I would have questions, only to get a call back the next day...Two thumbs up for Monumental in my book.

I'm actually not that serious about FE. Maybe 5 policies this year. I do need to focus a little better on FE this year forward. Ton of Medicare plans tho

What kind of Medicare numbers?

Well its all relative...a ton for me may not be a ton for you.

I've done 61 apps this year so far. So, I guess my ton quote was a little off but I'm ok with what I've done so far because of the residuals that I will get. From what I gather from most medicare agents, it's all about the residuals.

That is awesome!! It is a ton to me... any cross-sells?
