I have a friend who is a manager at MoO here in SC.
They do offer a draw on commissions and its higher than NYL or Mass. I think its only for the first two years though.
They have a very comprehensive product line and most of their products are fairly competitive.
As far as support goes, that is what will vary the most from office to office. You really just need to be comfortable with who is training you and the system they use. Ask lots of questions about it.
And a callback within 48-72 hours just to make sure they received it and didnt have any questions is always a good idea.
But you really need to go interview with some other similar agencies in your area such as Mass, NWM, NYL, Guardian, Met, etc. so that you can compare what they are offering.
