I have been using IPFS for the last 6 years or so. We have a lot of problems with them, but I don't think anyone else is any better.

Beware IPFS! I worked with IPFS for the past 5 years. I had a commercial client who financed their premium thru them for the last 4 years. The client had continual problems with billing. He failed to pay and his policy was terminated. 4 months later I get a letter from an attorney for IPFS stating I was responsible for the remaining balance of $21K. What? Not sure how an agent could be liable for a client's premium?
