I did a fair amount of business with Foresters when I was writing a lot for NAA. I sent in one app last year. They are a good fit in some situations. They are especially good for female smokers on their rates. They have an underwriting questionaire for everything imaginable. We used to ask if an agent had filled out the "hangnail questionaire".
The are very difficult to deal with. Their website is difficult to navigate. They are a good tool to have for certain cases, not one to use as a primary product, IMO.
They were working on a deal to partner with NAA and the only business that could be submitted was from an NAA agent. I understand that deal went by the wayside.
