Pulling Teeth- Foresters

if they fail foresters, turn right around and run through ACI. problem solved. yes it's lengthy to do two interviews back to back, but hey do you want to get advance comp or not?

I had Forresters tell me I could do a modified on a lady - which I was quoting immediate benefit - because of the meds she was taking which could have been for CHF and what she was really taking it for - did the same in getting a letter from her cardiologist and she was approved immediate benefit. A bit of a hassle but she was very happy with me in the end.

In my experience, it isn't worth wasting your time arguing with Foresters (or any of them for that matter). Whatever Aptical says will likely stick. In cases like this, I don't even leave the house before pulling out the ACI application and going down that road. ACI doesn't pull MIB or Script, so the policy will get issued.

ACI?......

I did a POS aptical for FE;had the same exact problem.Question 2 part B [ 1-B] Within the past TWO YEARS,had heart or circulatory surgery,or had or been diagnosed as having a heart attack, congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy, stroke, transient ischemic attack [ TIA], aneurysm, or a brain tumor?
The
POS aptical person said that MIB showed problem with the answer to the question. The MIB report showed that a application for health ins from 6 years ago showed a self reported congestive heart failure event from 10 years before.total 16 years ago.No futher treatment other then controled high blood pressure controlled for the past 7 years.
Yes even with a good contract, and knowing the people to call;sol. I withdrew the app,and placed it elsewhere.Too many other companies out there to put up with this bs.

As long as they can answer all the questions "no", then it will be level.

They are going to be a bit more expensive than RNA or Monumental though.

Seems like they are banking on denying alot of claims me thinks
