Has anyone sold this product? I have heard that the LTC benefits are good...but there is underwriting?

It's a very solid product...similar to Lincoln's LTC annuity but available in more states.
This type of product does have underwriting but it is fairly straightforward. Phone interview over 65 but otherwise no paramed.
I'm an IMO for both so let me know if I can help.
