Four Questions by JDeasy

[you not only have access to this information but JD's entire presentation. Plus, you also have access to Travis Tubbs' presentation, Newby's information and a very helpful weekly call on Fridays. All this and you get top commission contracts so how can you go wrong?[/QUOTE]

What are top commission contracts?

Good call... ....

I requested that he take it off the forum. There are some proprietary things in there but he did not have those things in what was posted.

I have shared my presentation with EFES and they still have it the EFES University as far as I know. I have shared it with fexcontracting along with the audio that I did with Newby about a year and half ago. That used to be available there without a passcode. I don't know if that's the case still or not.

I have shared my presentation with many here by private message or email and I'm sure they will vouch for that.

There are some clown that post here at the forum that do not sell insurance and that will take anything anything out of context.

Anyone that knows me knows I'm pretty much an open book. But I'm not a recruiter and I don't like people using my work to recruit. I didn't like it when put put that audio interview on here but I couldn't un-ring that bell.

I will, and have, helped, {or tried to help}, most any agent. But I will not be accommodating to people that blast me in public and then send nice private messages. And that happens more than you might think.

Well I'm interested in reading the four questions. Maybe it can help my existing presentation.

I'm not sure if the 4 questions you're asking about are the one's I'll put here, but these are surely not proprietary.

1. How much coverage do you have?
2. What kind of coverage is it? (WL, Term, UL, etc)
3. Who? From which company?
4. When did you take it out.

Like I say, this may not be what you're asking about, but these are 4 questions that you should ask and get answers to.

The first half of Jd's interview as well as the first half of Travis's interview are both still on the website with no password needed. I honestly don't know if that's the half that JD talks about the 4-questions or not. Take a listen here: Audio Interviews

Begin my sales pitch: FexContracting.com is the place for Final Expense gurrillas. We discuss things like this EVERY week. We try to keep our FE agents WAY ahead of the pack with the best selection of companies, high commissions and renewals, blow the competition out of the water rates, and a weekly agent call where all the fine details of how to run your FE business more professionally and profitably.

Travis Tubbs does an outstanding job on our agent call every week and our agents are selling more FE because of it. JD is a big part of the agent calls most weeks and is more than generous with his knowledge and shares what has made him so successful.

If you are serious about being in the FE business, and you like the way we work and train and the way we examine every detail of what FE agents run into out in the field, we try to have no barriers that would keep you from coming on board with us. (end of sales pitch.)

That's pretty much it and I didn't mean to imply that stuff is proprietary. On the explanation of how I use the 4 Questions there is some stuff that belongs to Travis as well as some Tim W.'s stuff.

They probably don't mind but it is not my decision to make to share their stuff.

Good call, I appreciate by being with fexcontracting we get to see, hear and use our information among those in this IMO. Does any other IMO post there sales hints? No, so I agree that it should not be put out for all to see. Just contact fexcontracting, you will be happy you did.

I completely understand. I just wanted to put the basics out there.

Not exactly true. There is plenty of information out there on the net and in the forum here. No one, and I do mean NO ONE, has anything that is proprietary. Somebody may think they are the first kids on the block to use certain techniques, but I assure you they aren't. There is nothing new under the sun.

For the most part I agree. I certainly didn't invent the "4 Questions" presentation. It was taught to me by Phillip Hudgens, the founder of NAA. I'm sure he got it elsewhere too.

But there are some things that Travis came up with that are his own creations and the same for Tim.

Are those things what makes them what they are? Most likely not.
