CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS
 Initially must send in 2 agent-level contracts w/ GA contract
 Must have 5 total agents within 90 days of contract

PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS
 Must sell each year:
• MA Plans: 75
• MED Supp Plans: 75
• Combination: 50 MA & 50 Med Supp
