I agree with the above comments. Geico does a great job with pricing, but when it is time for a claim there quality drops off.

My experience with claims with them has been great. Their agents don't seem to care about folks having proper liability limits, but claims are fine. If there is a claim and the coverage is wrong, that's be a huge problem.

Not withstanding some reviews but Gieco has done a great job for me so far. Never had any issues with them regarding premium or claim. They kept their words till end "Test Then Trust".

I've had Gieco longer than I care to admit! I shop them every renewal, with several of the P&C agents I work with. They can't come close (the closest last time was $100 a MONTH more!) and there are no holes in my coverage. And I've had 3 accidents, none my fault. I was stopped each time and hit. They never raised my rates (that's why I left my old company, they didn't pay a penny, but raised my rates about 25% "insurance points") I've always been assigned one person to talk to, in fact the last claim, I told them to stop calling, it was completley handled and I already had the other carrier's money.
