Geico

Funny, I am working with a client who is with Geico to lower her auto rate and tell her I need Proof of Prior because records indicate a lapse of 8 months. She calls Geico to obtain this (confirming verbally that there has been no lapse since 2003), the woman asks why she needs this, and my client tells her that she is shopping for better rates because she thinks Geico is "screwing" her (LOL). Well, Geico suddenly is able to find more discounts lowering her rate (I can still beat it). As for the Proof of Prior, well, the woman with Geico claimed she has no idea what it is or what she is talking about. REALLY!? Why do I get the impression you are playing dumb knowing I need this to provide a better rate? My client may need to break out the crayons with this one! OK, I'm done ranting:huh:
