General Agency Allrisks.com

They pay on renewals. I know of them as well (they have a local office in Orlando). Pretty good markets. I don't use them because most of the commercial we write fits with our standard carriers, Nationwide, Auto-Owners, Mapfre etc., but if I were to write an E&S policy I use a broker that pays 15% new and renewal.

may i ask which broker you use for E&S?

I also contacted hull&co and the guy that assigned me is a dick. first time we talked on the phone he was like i have place a lot of agents on probation due to production requirements that they don't meet etc and he gave me a 90 day window to see how i perform while the guys from allrisks were awesome to talk with and didn't have production requirements.

i think the guy from hullco he bs about placing agents on probation like if they send him some business he will not take it cause they're on probation.
it looks to me he's using scare tactics to get most of your business.

We use Insurance Intermediaries. Which is a Nationwide owned company. Only former and Current Nationwide Agents are appointed with them, so they will be unavailable to you. I use Hull and Co. and rarely write anything with them. They've never put us on probation.
