Every agent out there, at one point or another, has looked for that "free lead" option. Well, we've finally got one that actually works.

I was chatting with one of our agents recently about how to run some more advanced Facebook Ads utilizing pixel retargeting and lookalike audiences. In the middle of the conversation, he asked what kind of ads we were running to grow our 7000 member Facebook Group.

He was shocked when I told him we were running 0 ads. The group was created 100% organically. One of the most effective ways we promoted the Facebook Group (and developed free leads) was through a simple Social Media Profile Hack.

That got me thinking. There's no reason that agents can't use the exact same method to develop Free Insurance Leads.

Right. I'm averaging about three or four referrals per sale. So, all they need to do is make one sale. Then that turns into a handful referrals, then those sales turn into more referrals, and so on.

You'll notice that many of the successful agents on here are using a referral system much like mine.

The cold hard reality is, even after I explain the system most agents won't bother to implement it. They'll come up with excuse after excuse after excuse of why it can't be implemented, they don't have the time, they can't be bothered, they don't want to ask for referrals, blah blah blah. Losers find excuses, and winners find a way.

Anyone that has the energy, and can-do attitude to pull up my previous posts on referrals, is probably the same type of person that will actually get off their ass, implement it, and succeed with it like I have.
