Genworth on Review

I see...................
So, the facts are that Tampa Bay will win the World Series?

Can you give me 3 reasons why you think the Bucs will win it all?

(fyi... Jack's from Pittsburgh originally. Bucs is the nickname for the Pittsburgh Pirates baseball team.)

Why would you spend any time explaining why one particular company is not a sinking ship, despite all appearances to the contrary...even if not true, when you can simply move to a non sinking ship quite easily?

I'm trying to educate agents who think that it is a sinking ship.
Agents who think it's not safe for someone to buy LTCi from gnw is an agent who doesn't understand how insurers are regulated.

Scott,
Just wondering what it's like thinking you're the smartest person on the planet?

It's wrong for any agent to say that gnw is a sinking ship.
I know you haven't said that, but it needs to be made clear that a statement like that by any licensed agent is wrong, it's unethical and, if said to a consumer would certainly be a violation of insurance regs in most (probably all) states.

Would you rather spend the conversation with the potential policy buyer explaining that, despite all evidence to the contrary, Genworth is a wonderful company or simply move to a company which doesn't have those issues?

despite all evidence to the contrary,

I've been asking arthur and vol to list me 3 facts that prove that gnw is a sinking ship.

Since they've refused to do it, maybe you can list for me 3 facts (or "evidence" as you call it) that gnw is a sinking ship.

I look forward to your answer.
